1. Order Confirmation & Changes

Thank you for choosing Interstyle. Our tiles are proudly manufactured at our facility in Port Coquitlam, Canada.

• Order Finalization: Once an order is scheduled and materials are committed, it is considered final.

• Changes/Cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations require prior written consent from Interstyle. Please note that cancellation fees may apply to cover processed materials and labor.

2. Shipping & Freight Claims

All shipments are FOB Port Coquitlam, BC.

• International Shipping: For shipments via courier or consolidated LTL, customs charges, brokerage, and duties are prepaid for your convenience.

• Carrier Liability: Once the product leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. Claims for breakage, loss in transit, or delivery delays must be filed directly with the carrier.

• Shortages: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any shortages must be reported to Interstyle within 10 business days of receipt.

3. Returns

No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• Restocking Fee: A 25% handling and restocking charge applies to all authorized returns.

• Condition: Materials must be returned in their original, unopened cartons, accompanied by the original invoice number.

• Shipping: Return freight must be prepaid by the customer to our Port Coquitlam factory.

4. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Interstyle warrants its glass tiles to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

• Scope: This warranty applies strictly to the tile unit and does not cover the entire installation assembly.

• Exclusions: Damage resulting from improper application, poor site preparation, substrate movement, or mechanical/chemical stress is not covered.

5. Material Variations & Aesthetics

Glass is made with natural materials; variations in color, shade, and size are inherent characteristics of the firing process.

• Dye Lots: Each order is produced as a single dye lot. We recommend ordering a minimum of 15% overage to ensure project completion from the same batch, as subsequent reorders will likely vary in shade.

• Acceptance: The buyer is responsible for inspecting all tiles prior to installation. Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product.

6. Installation & Suitability

The longevity of glass tile depends heavily on setting materials and environmental conditions.
