Interstyle Glass Tile Limited Warranty
Effective Date: March 2026
Interstyle Ceramic & Glass Ltd. | Limited Material Warranty
1. What is Covered? Interstyle warrants that our glass tile products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years (Residential) or 10 years (Commercial) from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is proven, Interstyle will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement material or a refund of the purchase price of the material.
2. The "Pre-Installation" Requirement (The Visual Inspection) Glass is a unique material, unlike ceramic & porcelain. Installation of the tile constitutes acceptance of the product. You or your agent must inspect all materials for visible defects (color, size, variations) prior to installation. Once installed, Interstyle will not honor warranty claims for visible defects.
3. Warranty Activation & Registration To activate this warranty, the project must be registered on the form below or by sending an email to info@interstyleglass.com within 30 days of completion. You will need:
-
Proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt).
-
Name and contact information of the Professional Installer.
-
The Installation Compliance Check: A signed acknowledgement that your installer has read and followed the Interstyle Glass Tile Installation Guide and is familiar with TCNA tile installation standards.
Proof that the proper installation materials have been purchased and used. Evidence that the installer prepared all surfaces and followed expansion joint installation according to TCNA standards.
4. Critical Exclusions (What is NOT covered) This warranty covers the tile, not the installation. We are not responsible for:
-
Substrate Failure: Cracking or shifting of the wall, floor, or foundation.
-
Adhesive Incompatibility: Use of improper mortars, thin-sets, or "mixing and matching" of different manufacturers' setting materials.
-
Improper Surface Prep: Failure to allow substrates to fully cure or failure to follow TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards. Note that exclusion of a crack suppression membrane will void the warranty.
-
Chemical/Thermal Shock: Damage from improper cleaning agents or exposure to extreme heat without proper expansion joints as per TCNA standards.
-
Installer Error: Any failure resulting from a deviation from the Interstyle Installation Instructions or TCNA installation standards.
5. You should be prepared to provide the following:
-
Project Info: Name, Address, Date of Completion.
-
The Contractor: Company Name, Lead Installer Name, Phone/Email.
-
